Do not underestimate these rubber bands! These spacers are making my teeth so sensitive that I cannot even hold food in between them..
These spacers are supposed to shift the teeth such that there are gaps in between them. I have a total of 7 (4 below and 7 on top).
I just have to bear with it for one week! JUST ONE WEEK! I guess I’m back to liquid diet again.

Removing stitches!
I went back to KTPH yesterday and Dr Tay removed all my stitches! She gave me wax to cover my micro implant so that it will not poke my cheek. I feel so much better now that I can chew properly.
I should appreciate this remaining week before I put on my separators on Tuesday. I read online and most people say that this is the worst stage of the whole journey.
I shall eat well now and prepare myself for next week!
